Integration platforms
Choose between Zapier, the Microsoft Power Platform connector and the Coevera API, by what each covers, how it signs in and where it stops.
Answer
Use Zapier for event-driven no-code flows on the main record types. Use the Power Platform connector inside Microsoft tools when getting, creating, updating or deleting five record types is enough; it has no triggers. For anything else, including webhooks, business actions and other entities, build on the API.
Coevera can be connected without writing code, or with very little. When a platform stops short, the API takes over.
Platforms
Zapier
The Coevera app on Zapier has triggers, actions and searches for accounts, appointments, contacts, custom entities, leads, opportunities, products and tasks.
- Triggers for new and updated records.
- Create and update actions, plus creating product line items.
- Searches and search-or-create steps, including Find Owner.
- Signs in with an API application.
Read the guide: Zapier.
Microsoft Power Platform
A connector for Power Automate, Power Apps and Copilot Studio (Premium) and Logic Apps (Standard), listed by Microsoft under the company's former name.
- Get, create, update and delete, by record ID.
- Accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities and tasks.
- No triggers.
- 100 calls per connection per minute, a limit set by Microsoft.
Read the guide: Microsoft Power Platform.
Build on the API
The REST and GraphQL APIs reach every entity and field in a space, custom entities included. Webhooks report record changes as they happen, and GraphQL carries business actions such as qualifying a lead or moving an opportunity. Start with the quickstart, and see the recipes for complete programs.
Platforms without a Coevera listing, such as Make, Tray or n8n, connect through the REST API: call it from their HTTP modules with an API application's credentials (authentication).
When to use which

| Delete records | No | Yes | Yes |
| Limits | Your Zapier plan | 100 calls per minute per connection (Microsoft) | Monthly API calls by plan (pricing) |
Before you connect a platform
Zapier and the Power Platform connector both sign in with an API application: its user name and password, the space ID and the service URL, all shown under Show Access for the application. Create one application per platform and give it only the permissions its flows need. The quickstart shows where to create it, and authentication how to rotate its credentials.
