SupportSupport and status
Support and status
How to reach Coevera support about the API, what to send so a question can be answered, and how to tell an outage from a problem in your integration.
Answer
Contact support through the Contact Support form in the app, Support Chat, or the address in Coevera's help-center article. Send your space ID, the application's name, the request and the full response with its time in UTC, never the password or the Authorization header. Coevera has no public status page; the discovery endpoint shows whether a host answers.
Most API problems have an answer in Troubleshooting. When yours does not, contact support.
Contact support
Coevera's help center lists the support channels in one article, How to contact Coevera's Support Team : the Contact Support form in the app, under ? at the top right, Support Chat, or the address in the article. The feedback link at the foot of every page of these docs leads to the same article.
To request one of the AI connectors, see Activate a connector.
What to send
A question about a call can be answered without a back-and-forth when it includes:
| Send | Example |
|---|---|
| The space ID and the region | nv2_, eu-central |
| The application's name, as Applications lists it | Northwind ERP sync |
| The request: method, full URL with its query string, and the body | GET / |
| The full response: status, body and the API version header | 401, the JSON body, 6. |
| When it happened, in UTC | 2026-10-15 09:00 UTC |
| What you expected instead | "one account per contact" |
Never send credentials
Leave out the password, the Authorization header and any token: a question about a call never
needs them. If you sent them by mistake, press Generate New in Show Access to replace
them.
Service status
Coevera has no public status page. A first check that needs no credentials: call the discovery endpoint for your space. If it answers, the regional host is reachable and the next suspects are the request and the credentials; if it does not, contact support.

Changes that affect integrations
Changes to the API are announced in the API changelog, release by release, and the rules for deprecation are in Versioning and deprecation.
