Answer
The Coevera app on Zapier has 16 triggers for new and updated accounts, appointments, contacts, custom entities, leads, opportunities, products and tasks, 17 create and update actions, 9 searches and 7 search-or-create steps. It signs in with an API application's user name and password, the service URL and the space ID.
This page describes the public listing at zapier.com/apps/coevera/integrations. Zapier publishes the app as Coevera.
Connect Coevera to Zapier
- In Coevera, create an API application for Zapier and give it the permissions your Zaps need. The quickstart shows where to create it.
- Select the application and open Show Access. Keep the dialog open: it shows the four values Zapier asks for.
- In Zapier, connect the Coevera app and enter the application's user name and password, the space ID and the service URL.
Use a separate API application for Zapier, so you can change its permissions or its password (authentication) without touching your other integrations.

- Update (8): Account, Appointment, Contact, Custom Entity, Lead, Opportunity, Product, Task.
Searches
- Find (9): Account, Appointment, Contact, Custom Entity, Lead, Opportunity, Owner, Product, Task. Find Owner looks up a Coevera user, for example to set the owner of a new record.
- Search or create (7): Account, Appointment, Contact, Lead, Opportunity, Product, Task. The step finds a record, or creates it when none matches.
Where it stops
The app has no delete actions, no business actions such as qualifying a lead or moving an opportunity to another step, and no steps for quotes, projects or documents. For those, call the API, or use Zapier's own HTTP steps with an API application's credentials. See Integration platforms for how the options compare.
